Payment Policy:
Payment in full is required before the commencement of activity
Booking policy:
All participants are required to read and sign an Assumption of Risk, Liability Release form.
All participants are required to disclose any pre-existing medical conditions that may contribute to the likelihood of an incident prior to commencement of activity.
Pre bookings require 24hrs in advance to ensure availability
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations with more than 48 hours of booked date will receive a 50% refund
Cancellations within 48 hours of booked date will lose 100% of booking amount paid
We can move your booking to another date with more than 24 hours’ notice prior to the original date booked.
Beach activities are weather dependent and are subject to change which may result in cancellation or reschedule as soon as conditions are suitable. If this is not possible a “full refund” will be paid*
*A “full refund” is refunded in full, less the small bank fee charged for original payment transaction.
Minimum age:
Kayaking minimum age: 15 years - depending on conditions
Children under the age of 18 are to be accompanied by at least one paying adult.
Kayak Tour requirements:
Due to the physical nature and conditions associated with ocean kayaking all participants must be able to swim and have an average level of fitness.
There is a weight restriction of 110kg for our Sit On Top kayaks
All participants are required to wear personal floatation device PFD, whilst undertaking kayaking activity to ensure their safety.
All participants are required to wear stinger suits throughout the stinger season to ensure their safety.
All participants are required to listen carefully to directions and respect the advice of those supervising kayaking activities.
As per our duty of care, anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be unable to participate in activity.
